1.Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the revised Terms.
2.Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
- Users under 18 must use the platform under parental / guardian supervision.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information.
3.Our Services
EZ Rental provides fashion and jewellery rental services for occasions including weddings, events, and parties.
All items listed on the platform remain the property of EZ Rental.
4.Account Responsibility
- You are responsible for maintaining your account confidentiality.
- All activities under your account are your responsibility.
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts for misuse or false information.
5.Rental Policy
5.1 Rental Duration
- Rental period is defined at the time of booking.
- Items must be returned on or before the agreed return date.
5.2 Security Deposit
- A refundable security deposit is required for each rental.
- Refund is processed after item inspection.
5.3 Usage Guidelines
You agree to:
- Handle items with care.
- Avoid exposure to perfumes, liquids, stains, or heat.
- Not alter, resize, or modify items.
6.Damage, Loss & Non-Return
Minor Damage
Repair costs will be deducted from the deposit.
Major Damage (tearing, burns, permanent stains)
- Up to 50% of retail value may be charged, OR
- You may purchase the item at a discounted rate.
Failure to Return
- Legal action may be initiated.
- Full retail value recovery will be applicable.
7.Delivery & Pickup
- Delivery and pickup are scheduled as per your booking.
- You must cooperate with logistics partners.
- Late returns may attract additional charges.
8.Pricing & Payments
- All prices are listed in INR (₹).
- We accept UPI, cards, and other digital payments.
- Prices may change without notice.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse suspicious orders.
9.Cancellation & Refund Policy
- All bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
- In certain cases, store credit may be provided at our discretion.

10.Product Representation
- We strive for accuracy in product display.
- Colours and appearance may vary slightly due to lighting or screens.
11.Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Misuse or damage items.
- Resell or sub-rent products.
- Use the platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes.
12.Intellectual Property
All website content (images, branding, text) belongs to EZ Rental and is protected by law. Unauthorised use is prohibited.
13.Limitation of Liability (Enhanced)
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- EZ Rental's liability shall not exceed the rental amount paid.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control or for the misuse of rented items.
14.Indemnity Expansion Clause
You agree to indemnify EZ Rental against:
- Third-party claims arising from your usage of rented items.
- Damages caused during events, shoots, or public appearances.
- Any claims resulting from the misuse of items or the violation of these Terms.
15.Force Majeure (Expanded)
We are not liable for failure or delay due to:
- Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, fires, storms, etc.).
- Government restrictions, curfews, or orders.
- Pandemics and related public health measures.
- Transport disruptions, strikes, or logistics failures.
16.Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the absolute right to:
- Cancel orders flagged as suspicious.
- Refuse service to any customer at our sole discretion.
- Decline rentals that fall outside our standard terms.
Failure to comply with these Terms may result in order cancellation without liability.
17.Privacy
Your data is handled as per our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to data collection and usage as outlined.
18.Termination
We reserve the right to:
- Suspend or terminate your account.
- Deny access for violation of these Terms.
19.Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India.

- Disputes will be resolved via arbitration.
- Jurisdiction: Mumbai, India.
- Language: English.
20.Electronic Communication
By using our platform, you agree to receive communications electronically and accept digital agreements as legally binding.
Additional Legal Disclaimers
Advanced protective clauses that apply to every rental.
A1.Condition Acknowledgement
You acknowledge that all items are rented in pre-used condition and may show minor signs of wear that do not affect usability. By accepting delivery, you confirm the item is in satisfactory condition.
A2.Fit, Styling & Expectation Disclaimer
EZ Rental does not guarantee:
- Exact fit, drape, or styling outcome.
- Compatibility with personal preferences.
No refunds or disputes will be accepted on the basis of fit, styling expectations, or subjective dissatisfaction.
A3.Hygiene & Cleaning Disclaimer
All items are professionally sanitised and cleaned. However:
- We are not liable for skin reactions, allergies, or sensitivities.
- Customers are advised to exercise personal discretion.
A4.Colour & Appearance Variation
Actual product colour, finish, or detailing may vary due to:
- Lighting conditions.
- Photography edits.
- Screen / display differences.
Such variations do not qualify for refunds or disputes.
A5.Delivery & Logistics Limitation
We are not liable for delays caused by:
- Courier / logistics partners.
- Weather, strikes, or force majeure events.
No compensation will be provided for event impact due to delivery delays beyond our control.
A6.Event Risk Disclaimer
You acknowledge that renting items for time-sensitive events is at your own risk. EZ Rental is not responsible for event disruption, missed occasions, or styling failures.
A7.Unauthorised Use
You agree NOT to:
- Sub-rent, lend, or transfer the item.
- Use for commercial shoots without permission.
Violation will result in immediate penalties and legal action if required.
A8.Loss of Accessories / Set Components
If any part of a set is missing, swapped, or damaged, charges will apply for the entire set value, not individual components.
A9.Tampering & Alteration
Any form of stitching, resizing, gluing, or modification will be treated as irreparable damage, and full or partial product cost will be charged.
A10.Late Return Escalation
- Daily penalty charges apply for late returns.
- Beyond a threshold, items will be treated as non-return / loss.
A11.Chargeback & Payment Dispute Protection
By placing an order, you agree:
- Not to initiate unjustified chargebacks.
- To resolve disputes directly with EZ Rental first.
Fraudulent chargebacks will result in a permanent account ban and legal recovery proceedings.
A12.Identity & Fraud Verification
We reserve the right to:
- Request valid ID proof.
- Cancel orders flagged as suspicious.
Failure to comply may result in order cancellation without liability.
A13.Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the absolute right to decline orders, cancel bookings, or refuse service without obligation to provide justification.
A14.Evidence & Dispute Resolution
- Product condition is documented via photos / videos before dispatch.
- These records shall serve as final evidence in disputes.
A15.Pickup Failure
If pickup fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, additional charges will apply and the rental period continues.
A16.Digital Consent & Binding Agreement
Placing an order constitutes legal acceptance of all policies and a binding digital agreement enforceable under applicable laws.
A17.Reputation & Misuse
Any attempt to defame the brand or post misleading claims may result in legal action under applicable laws.
