Refund & Cancellation Policy

1.Cancellation & Store Credit
Cancellations are handled through our store-credit system — booking amounts are not refunded to the original payment method but are returned as store credit based on how early you notify us.
2.Cancellation Timeline & Credit Value

| 7 days or more before rental date | 100% of booking amount |
| 3–6 days before rental date | 75% of booking amount |
| 1–2 days before rental date | 50% of booking amount |
| Same day / No-show | No store credit |
3.Validity of Store Credit
- Store credit is valid for 90 days from the date of issuance.
- Expired credits cannot be extended or reissued.
4.Usage of Store Credit
- Store credit can be used for any product or service on EZ Rental.
- It can be applied partially or fully during checkout.
- Store credit cannot be transferred to another user or converted into cash.
5.Security Deposit (If Applicable)
- Security deposits are refundable separately based on product condition upon return.
- Store credit policy does not apply to security deposits.
6.Order Modifications
- Changes to booking dates or items are subject to availability.
- If modification is not possible, the cancellation policy will apply.
7.Exceptional Cases
EZ Rental reserves the right to provide full store credit or flexible adjustments in cases such as:
- Unforeseen operational issues from our end.
- Verified emergencies (at our discretion).
8.Late Fees & Non-Return
Late returns may incur daily penalty charges and additional rental fees.
In case of failure to return:
- Full product value will be charged as a buyout.
- Legal action may be initiated.
9.Policy Acceptance
By placing an order with EZ Rental, you agree to this cancellation and store credit policy.
