Yes. Our jewellery collection includes kundan, polki, temple, and pearl sets. You can rent jewellery on its own or alongside a lehenga to complete the look — just ask about the matching set when you enquire.
You'll receive store credit based on how early you let us know — 7+ days before the rental date: 100% of booking amount · 3–6 days: 75% · 1–2 days: 50% · Same day or no-show: no credit. Store credit is valid for 90 days from issuance, can be used on any product or service, and cannot be transferred or converted to cash. Security deposits are refunded separately based on product condition.
Yes. We offer photoshoot rentals on request. Rental period and rates are different from event rentals — WhatsApp us with the shoot date and concept and we'll share a quote.
Absolutely. If you're a bridal photographer, makeup artist, or content creator, message us on WhatsApp and we'll discuss collaboration terms.
A premium bridal lehenga costs ₹40,000 and up — and often gets worn once. Renting lets you wear couture at a fraction of the cost, rotate your look across every event in the wedding circuit, and skip the closet-storage problem entirely.

Every piece is professionally dry-cleaned between rentals and inspected for wear. Any repairs are completed before the next customer receives it — you always get a piece that looks and feels fresh.
Light wear is on us. Beyond that, damage is classified into four tiers: Minor (repairable — deducted from your deposit) · Moderate (50–80% of product value) · Severe / irreparable (100% charge, eligible for buyout) · Loss or theft (100% of product value). Damage includes tears, burns, cuts, broken clasps, missing stones, permanent stains, water damage or missing items from a set. For severe damage you may choose the buyout option — the deposit is adjusted against the buyout price, remaining balance is cleared, and the item becomes yours (non-returnable, non-refundable). Final assessment is conducted by the EZ Rental team and all decisions are final and binding.
