Returns made simple.
All pickups, fittings, and returns happen in person at our Navi Mumbai studio. Here's exactly how it works.
Your rental window
Your rental begins on the day you collect the piece from our studio and ends on the return date agreed at the time of booking. Dates are confirmed in writing on WhatsApp.
Collecting your piece
Visit our Ghansoli studio to collect your lehenga or jewellery. We recommend collecting one day before your event so you have time to pair it with your accessories.
Returning your piece
Bring everything back to our studio on your agreed return date — including the dupatta, belt, and any accessories. We'll inspect the piece together and release your deposit once it's checked in.
Exchanges & size swaps
Try the piece on at our studio before you take it. If the fit isn't right on collection day, we'll suggest an alternate size or a different piece from our rotation on the spot.
Damage & deposits
Light wear, small stains, and minor seam openings are on us — they're all part of dry cleaning. Significant damage or loss will be assessed against your refundable deposit. We'll always walk you through any deductions before they're applied.
Deposit refunds
Refundable deposits are returned to you once the piece is checked back in at our studio.
Late returns
Missed the return date? No panic — just reach out. A late fee applies per day beyond the agreed return date, communicated at the time of booking.
Cancellations & Store Credit
Cancellations are handled through our store-credit system, based on how early you let us know before the rental date:
- 7 days or more: 100% of booking amount as store credit
- 3–6 days: 75% of booking amount as store credit
- 1–2 days: 50% of booking amount as store credit
- Same day / no-show: no store credit
